Bay Area Home Inspection will provide a thorough,  professional, and unbiased report on the condition of the property.

How long will it take?
The average inspection takes 1½ to 4 hours depending on the size, age, and condition of the property.

Should I be there?
We strongly urge the prospective buyer to be present for the inspection. By being present, you will have a far greater understanding of your new home and the report.

When do I receive my report?
We will deliver two hard copies of your report within 24 hours of completion of the inspection.
